How to Unlock World Map

Recruit Templeton

Chapter Unlocked	▶︎ Chapter 4
Location	Mercenary Fortress Toto Village

You can recruit Templeton any time after taking the boat from Kuskus Town and reaching Chapter 4. From there, you can take a shortcut through Radat Town until you reached the burned-down Mercenary Fortress.

You’ll find Templeton here, speak with him, and he’ll head to Toto Village. Follow him there, and he’ll officially join your party.

Upon recruiting him, you will recieve the Suiko Map. This will unlock the world map while you are in the overworld.

When you upgrade Castle Headquarters to Level 2 and recruit Emilia in Greenhill, Templeton will be in the Library of your Headquarters.

How to Use World Map

Map in the Overworld

Once you recieve the Suiko Map, you will unlock a map for the overworld. This will make traveling easier because you do not need to remember where each location is.

Talk to Templeton in Library

When you talk to Templeton in the Headquarters, you will see a world map. This is where you can see all of the game's locations and where they are relative to each other.

Check for Shops in Each City

When you select a location, Templeton will share a fact or a useful hint about it. It also shows the shops in that location, if it is a city or town.
