Unlock the Gossiper in Suikoden 2 by recruiting Taki in Lakewest. Learn how to get the Gossiper for the Headquarters and how to use Taki by reading our guide below!

How to Unlock the Gossiper

Recruit Taki

Character Location
Taki Lakewest

You can recruit the Gossiper for the Headquarters by talking to Taki in Lakewest.

Go to her house, at the upper left corner of the town, and keep talking to her until she asks to join you.

Find Her in Barracks or Library

Find Taki in the Barracks or Library

Once she is recruited, you can find her in the barracks across Barbara, who handles the warehouse.

If your Castle Headquarters is at Level 2, she will be in the Library with Richmond, the detective.

How to Use Gossiper

Receive Advice

Suikoden II - Recieve Story Hints from Taki

When you talk to Taki, she will give you advice or hints based on your current progress on the story. Talk to her when you do not know where to go or what to do.

Keep Talking to Her for Game Hints

Sometimes, she will give random advice instead of something gameplay-relevant. Just keep talking to her until she gives a hint.
