The strongest characters in Suikoden 2 HD Remaster are Tir McDohl, Luc, Long Chan-Chan, and Wakaba.
Tir McDohl and Luc have the highest Magic stats in the game. While Long Chan-Chan and Wakaba can deal huge damage using their Unite attacks and Rune attacks.
