What Can You Do With the Suggestion Box?

In Suikoden 2, the Suggestion Box is a feature within your headquarters that allows you to receive letters from your recruited characters. These letters often contain personal thoughts, humorous anecdotes, or insights, providing a deeper connection to your allies.

Letters May Contain Quests For Recruiting Characters

Interacting with the Suggestion Box may also provide hints or side quests. For instance, at some point, Tsai will write in the Suggestion Box asking you to return to his place in Ryube Forest to retrieve some tools. When this happens, include him in your active party and visit his house. This triggers a cutscene between Tsai and Tomo, leading to her recruitment.

Second Floor of the Headquarters

The Suggestion Box is located on the second floor of your headquarters, beside the elevator, if you already have it. After entering the main hall, head upstairs to find the box placed in a room accessible to the player.

To unlock the Suggestion Box, you must first establish your headquarters. This occurs after reclaiming North Window following the defeat of Neclord in Chapter 4.

Once the castle becomes your base, the Suggestion Box becomes available for use.
