Save the game by going to Innkeepers or Journeyman Crystals.

Players can interact with innkeepers to save their progress. Wiping out or losing duels will cause the player to restart from their last save, so it is recommended to frequently save.

What Can You Do at the Inn?

Unlock an Inn at Headquarters

Recruiting Hilda will unlock the inn at headquarters. Hilda can also be made a companion.

Check Map for the Inn Icon

While venturing into any town, you can press the Map Button to open your map and locate the Inn icon, which indicates where the Inn is situated.

Save at Journeyman Crystals

Journeyman Crystals can be found throughout the game. These can be more commonly found before important story events and battles, so it is recommended to save frequently.

You Can Save Up to 16 Times

Players are given up to 16 save slots. Once these have been filled, players will have to overwrite data.

Saving is Free

While inns will cost money to sleep at, saving your progress is free no matter where you do it.
