The Dash ability in Suikoden 2 HD Remaster allows you to navigate towns and locations quickly and is available from the start of the game. Read on to learn how to Dash, and when it becomes available here!

How to Dash

Hold the Dash Button

To Dash in Suikoden II, hold any of the designated Dash buttons while moving in your desired direction. Each platform offers three different buttons that can be used for Dashing, so you can press whichever feels most comfortable.

You can also configure the Dash button in the Controls menu to suit your preference. Note that dashing is not available in the field.

Recruit Stallion to Dash in the Overworld

Once you recruit Stallion, your overworld movement automatically upgrades from a walk to a dash, making travel between towns and areas way faster and less painful.

To recruit him, head to Radat Town in Chapter 4, just make sure you’ve escaped or let go of enemies at least 50 times first.
