About Tinto City

A large mining settlement that thrives off the iron and precious metals extracted from the Tinto Mines, Tinto City generates profit from the sale of weapons and armor to its allies in the City-State Alliance. The head of the Mining Guild usually serves as the mayor of the city.

Neclord	Recommended Level: Level 49 Weaknesses: ・ Make Viktor do the first attack ・ Keep using Magic attacks against him ・ Heal everyone with Great Blessing ・ Protect Female party members ・ Equip a support with Resurrection Rune

This boss is unbeatable during the first two instances you fight him in North Window and Tinto Mines.
