About Radat Town

Lying along the border between South Window and Muse, Radat Town's placement grants it access to commercial centers in both the City-State Alliance and the Toran Republic, making it a major hub of trade.

A sluice gate under the town bridge controls water flowing between the river and Lake Dunan.

Suikoden 2 - Richmond Richmond ❌ Accept his challenge in Radat and lose the coin toss. After that, enter the restaurant and speak to the customer near the door. Then, speak to Richmond and ask him to use the coin you obtained.
Suikoden 2 - Yoshino Yamamoto Yoshino Yamamoto ✔️ Speak to her in Radat with Freed Yamamoto in your party.
Suikoden 2 - Amada Amada ✔️ Agree to take Fitcher to Two River city, then defeat Amada in a duel to recruit him.
Suikoden 2 - Stallion Stallion ✔️ At Castle Level 2, you can challenge Stallion to a race in Radat after having ran away from battles 50 times.
Suikoden 2 - Lebrante Lebrante ❌ At Castle Level 3, bring Lebrante a Celadon Urn at Radat.
Suikoden 2 - Simone Verdricci Simone Verdricci ✔️ At Castle Level 3, speak to him at the Sluice Gate in Radat holding a Rose Brooch in your inventory.

Suikoden 2 - Vincent Vincent ✔️ At Castle Level 4, put Simone in your party and speak with Vincent at the Sluice Gate in Radat.
