The political center of the Jowston City-State Alliance, Muse City is the largest settlement in the State and thrives off commerce between the Alliance members and their neighbors.
The nearby Jowston Hill is where the pact between the Alliance members was signed. The mayor of Muse is typically considered the overall leader of the Alliance.
