Teleports one enemy. If it fails, teleport one ally.
Lv. 2 Spell: Set!
150 to all enemies. If it fails, 150 to all allies.
・Lv. 3 Spell: Go!
Teleports all enemies. If it fails, teleport one allies except self.

Character ・Viki (Right Hand)

The list of characters above will have this Rune permanently attached to them. Though they will have other rune slots, no other rune can replace the one in the permanently attached slot.
