Level Up Your Castle and Speak to Jude

At Castle Level 3, players can recruit Jude by speaking to him at the New Leaf Academy at Greenhill. Follow this questline by speaking to a villager in Forest Village and getting some clay, before returning to Jude and handing him the clay.

The clay is found in the forest village - Go all the way to the back of the village (Behind the Trading post/Mayors house) then go to the right, down the right side of the mayors house. A man will be in the woods, and give you the Clay required.
