Form an All Woman Party Then Talk to Oulan in Kuskus

Players can recruit Oulan by entering Kuskus with a party comprised of only females. Speak to the woman by the entrance and cross the bridge.

Powerful Double Damage Rune High Defense Prevent Allies From Dying in Army Battles

Powerful Double Damage Rune

Oulan is a strong physical attack with her rune, the Angry Dragon Rune. It does double damage once per turn. However, if she is Angered, she can use it anytime. She can also be Angered easily.

Synergizes with the Fury Rune

By equpping the Fury Rune, Oulan will always have Anger. This means she can always use her Angry Dragon Rune. If you want to use her as a main physical attacker, you have to use this rune.

High Defense

She has a high defense and magic defense. With her S Range, her high defense can help her survive being in the font row.

Prevent Allies From Dying in Army Battles

In army battles, Oulan has an ability called Bodyguard, which prevent ally units from dying in battle. If you want to make your army battles easier, make sure to put Oulan in your team.
