Talk to Him in a Secret Room at the Cave of the Past

Crowley can be recruited after leveling up the Headquarters to Lv.4 by recruiting 90+ other characters. Crowley can be found in a secret room on the 2nd floor basement of Qlon Temple's Cave of the Past.

Amazing All Around Magic User

Crowley has one of the highest MGC stats in the game. He can use either a support or offensive Rune, which makes him flexible depending on what the party needs.

Additionally, he is also able to use more spells than most mages which makes him a great addition to the party.

Higher HP Than Other Top Magicians

While most mages' defensive stats are not high, Crowley has a better HP pool than the other good mages. He should be a good addition to the backline, mainly to cast spells and to be protected.

When you recruit Crowley, they will initially have the Cyclone Rune equipped to their Rune Slot. However, you can still unequip this Rune and equip it to another compatible character.
