The vicious Queen Ant of Mt. Seifu is one of the toughest bosses at this point of the game and cannot be beaten. The fight is unwinnable because your party has to lose for the plot to progress and move forward.
Instead of focusing on how to beat the Queen Ant, it's better to focus on surviving three turns without losing as much HP as possible.
If you don't care too much about taking damage, you can use the Auto-Battle option and increase the Battle Speed to essentially skip to the end of three turns. However, the downside to doing this is that if you fail to kill any of the Soldier Ants, you may take unnecessary damage.
If you want to preserve as much HP as possible and save up on Medicine, it's recommended to just use Defend on all of your party members instead. This way you don't have to sit through your own attack animations and you reduce the damage your party takes.
