Use the Wind and Falcon Runes Use the Dragon Incense to Heal the Party Top-up Your Allies' Health Often

Use the Wind and Falcon Runes

The Dragon is weak to Wind, so you'll want to utilize Kirkis' spells to deal maximum damage to the boss. Also, Valeria's Falcon Rune will still do 3x her normal attack's damage, so make sure to spam that attack as well.

Best Runes

Use the Dragon Incense to Heal the Party

During the battle, the Dragon will use area-of-effect attacks that damage every character in your party. Luckily, you can use the Dragon Incense to heal everyone when that happens.

Have either Gremio or Viktor use the item since they're generally slower than everyone else and they will heal after the boss attacks.

How to Get Dragon Incense and How to Use

Top-up Your Allies' Health Often

The Dragon Incense might not be enough healing since the Dragon will sometimes do powerful single-target attacks. Because of this, you'll want to make sure that you still have someone with a Water Rune, as well as Recovery Items, to heal low HP targets.

Viktor	Best Rune: Clone Rune ・ In between him using the Clone Rune to do his powerful attacks, use him as a healer with the Dragon Incense to keep your party healthy.
Valeria	Best Rune: Falcon Rune ・ Use the Falcon Rune to have her spam powerful attacks with little drawback (she doesn't get the "Unbalanced" status effect unlike Viktor) ・ Top priority character to heal in your party; try to keep her alive as much as possible.
Kuromimi	Best Rune: Any ・ Have Kuromimi spam normal attacks, only stopping to heal allies as needed.
Kirkis	Best Rune: Wind Rune ・ Use the Wind Rune to exploit the Dragon's weakness.
Hero	Best Rune: Soul Eater ・ Have him keep doing normal attacks, only healing allies as needed.
Gremio	Best Rune: Water Rune ・ If you still have the Water Rune on him, use Gremio as a healer and keep the HP of your most important characters topped up.
