Sonya has no weakness and resists all five major elements. Focus on spamming attacks with your physical attackers, like Viktor and Valeria, instead so that you can take down this boss.

Also, the Hero's Soul Eater Rune isn't resisted by Sonya, making Final Judgement's 1500 damage important for bursting her down.

Use AoE Healing Every Turn

Sonya has a variety of party-wide attacks that hurt, so make sure you have AoE healing spells from the Flowing Rune ready to counter it. Ideally, you'll want to heal every turn so that you don't run the risk of anyone getting KO'd.
