Level Up to 41 and Talk to Him in Teien

Eikei can be recruited after leveling up the main character to Level 41 or higher and talking to him in Teien.

Amazing Unite Attack

Eikei has one of the better Unite Attacks when teamed up with Pahn and Morgan. It deals 2x damage to all enemies and has no drawbacks whatsoever. It's a good Unite Attack to use whenever you need characters to deal with multiple enemies.
