You can recruit Morgan by talking to him inside Qlon Temple once your headquarters is at least level 3.

Amazing Unite Attack

Morgan's Fighter Attack with Pahn and Eikei, is one of the best Unite Attacks in the game. It's 2x damage done to all enemies without any penalties, and is great to use during long dungeons and fighting mobs.

Outside of their great Unite Attack, Morgan is average on his own. His stat growth is unremarkable and doesn't excel on his own for any role. It's recommended to include both Pahn and Eikei if you're considering to use Morgan.
