Ronnie Bell's unique Hate Rune grants her the ability to unleash unlimited powerful attacks without any drawbacks, making her an effective and formidable active attacker.

How to Equip and Level Up Runes

Outclassed by Valeria

While Ronnie Bell is a solid character, Valeria is the more viable option when comparing the two. Valeria's Falcon Rune is slightly better than the Hate Rune, and while the two characters have similar stats, only Valeria can equip a shield.
