High Magic Stat Growth

Eileen has a high growth rate for Magic, and is easily able to deal magical damage with the proper Runes. In addition to her relatively high Speed stat, attaching Water or Wind Runes can make Eileen one of the faster healers to have in the party.

Eileen has three different Unite Attacks that she can use, and is easy to organize with other party members. However, with her low offensive stats, the expected damage output is not that high.

Eileen's HP and Defense stats are low and hard to level up. Since she is rarely required to be a part of your party in the story, there is no need to prioritize training her.

If you decide to have her in the party, make sure she is in the back row, where she is less likely to be hit by attacks.
