Teleport by talking to Viki in the Headquarters of your base. She is the only who knows how to use the Large Mirror hung on the wall, which enables the ability to Fast Travel to any place you've been to before.

Viki can be recruited in the Great Forest. She will appear, and speaking to her will automatically add her to your party as the story progresses.

Use the Blinking Mirror to Teleport Back to Base

In addition to teleporting to various locations, you can use the Blinking Mirror to teleport back to your base. However, it can only be used on the overworld map, so make sure to exit towns or dungeons first.
