Obtain the Window Orb from the Cave of the Past and give it to Window in Warriors' Village to recruit him.

Change the Color of Windows

Talking to Window at the Headquarters after you've recruited him will allow you to change the color and appearance of the text boxes and menu windows in your game. You can choose between eight colors and four border types. Border options are unlocked by obtaining Window Sets.
