How to Unlock Appraisal Shop at Headquarters

Unlocked When Jabba is Recruited

To unlock the Appraisal Shop at Headquarters, you must recruit the Appraiser Jabba from the village of Rikon.

To do so, you'll need to bring him a Nameless Urn, which can be found by defeating Holly Master enemies in the local region.

Located Southern Part of Headquarters 1F

The Appraisal Shop of Headquarters can be found at the southern part of Headquarters' first floor. The shop is marked with an icon that looks like a magnifying glass.

Chandler's Item Shop, Jeane's Rune Shop, and Chapman's Armor Shop will also be placed nearby once unlocked.

What to Do at the Appraisal Shop

Assess Value of Antique Items

You can come across antiques in your travels, which are marked with “???” in their name. Once appraised, these items can be sold at the Appraisal Shop for Potch.

Antiques can be used as decor

Once the bathhouse is unlocked by recruiting Sansuke, you can decorate it with antiques in your possession. Depending on the combination of antiques you use as decor, special events may occur.

Sell Appraised Items

You can sell the appraised items directly at the Appraisal Shop. The selling price of such items will be the same across all town's Armor Shop or Item Shop.
