Open-World Sci-fi Action Adventure with RPG Mechanics
Beyond Good and Evil 2 is an action adventure game that takes place in an open world setting, played from the third-person perspective. It features RPG mechanics and a character creation system, planetary system, dynamic melee and weapon-based combat, quests and missions, and more.
In this game, players fight enemies on different planetary systems, with the action also enabled to take place out in space. Combat is set to different scales such as close-quarter fights that take place inside a hidden temple, as well as wide-open fights that take place in the uncharted edges of the planetary system.
The game features single-player gameplay and online co-op gameplay. Players adventure alongside a cast of characters as they forge their own path to become the most legendary pirate across the universe.
Other Gameplay Features
According to reports, Beyond Good and Evil 2's large-scale world is seamless, allowing players to move from different areas to one, such as from land to the sky, without any loading screens. By default, player characters are expected to be equipped with a melee weapon, gun, shield, and a modifiable jetpack.
Like its predecessor, the game is expected to feature puzzle-solving elements and stealth gameplay. Additionally, it is reported that Beyond Good and Evil 2 features a mechanic using the spyglass, a pair of special glasses players use to aid with assessing situations. Using the spyglass allows players to learn more information about an enemy, such as its modifications or augments, abilities, and other details.

Become the Most Legendary Pirate Across the Universe
Beyond Good and Evil 2 transports players into a grandiose, multicultural world filled with intense dramas that play out across a vast universe. In this game, corporations fight over resources and power during a new era of piracy. Players take control of a character who rises from lowly pirate status to pirate legend.
It revolves around humans and hybrid clones who are born into in a predetermined existence, and oppressed in a society controlled by what is called as the Established Order. It features what is simply known as System 3, the home to humans and hybrid clones.
The game serves as prequel to the events that take place in the original Beyond Good & Evil, which follows the adventures of Jade who unravels a sinister alien conspiracy, taking players on a narrative-filled action-adventure journey through the world called Hillys.
