Schedule I Developer Continues To Improve The Game

New UI For Counteroffer

Schedule I developer continues to improve the game amidst its rise in popularity. In his latest Twitter (X) post on April 9, Schedule I solo developer Tyler shared some counteroffer product selection UI improvements.

According to Tyler, fans would see these changes in the next update, but he hasn’t yet provided details on when it will come. Making a counteroffer in the game is a way for players to make money. Clients send a message to buy your products at a price, then players can make a counteroffer to adjust their pricing, until both parties reach an agreement.

Despite the process being pretty straightforward, fans complained about the user interface for this feature, especially when the player has a large inventory. Fortunately, Tyler has heeded the fans’ concerns and promised to bring a “search bar” function to improve the accessibility of the counteroffer UI.

This is just the start of what’s to come to the game, as Schedule I has more things lined up based on its roadmap on their official Trello page. Future updates may include emotes, rarer trash drops, duplicate save files, new drugs, and more.

Here at Game8, we thought that Schedule I offered a surprisingly addictive and rewarding experience, and would dub it a "Breaking Bad" simulator. To know more about our thoughts on Schedule I’s early access release, check out our article below!

Schedule I v0.3.4 Live Now

Tyler announced on Twitter (X) on April 7 that Schedule I v0.3.4, the first major update of the game, is now available on the beta branch. The post links to a Steam blog post detailing what’s included in the latest update. For context, a beta branch is used for testing features and content before they’re deemed complete or stable for the main branch.

Tyler noted that this would be his process for all future updates, releasing it first on the beta branch, then releasing it on the main build after a day or two. Moreover, the current beta release does not have everything that will be included in the full release.

New additions for this update include Bleuballs Boutique, Pawn Shop, a slew of wall-mounted objects, and more. There are also tweaks and improvements to customer dialogue and fixes for some of the user interface issues.

Despite the recent copyright infringement accusation on Schedule I, solo developer Tyler continues to improve the game, much to the support of the community. Schedule I was released on Early Access for PC on March 25. To stay up to date with the latest information about the game, check out our article below!
