Key gameplay fixes include corrected trap behavior for the Swinging Mace and Molten Gold, proper stacking for Threads like Giant Morningstar, and improved visual and status effects for elements like poison clouds and Freeze Death. Balance adjustments were made to enemy behavior, including Ghostfang, Kobold Sappers, and AI pathing.

Thread mechanics have been overhauled, allowing players to spend rune coins to reroll or skip Thread choices, with scaling costs that reset each mission. The Thread system has been rebalanced overall, combining and buffing many Threads, removing mutual exclusivity from several, and reclassifying “Double Wide” as a Cursed Thread.
