Etheria Restart is an upcoming free-to-play hero RPG with live arena battles set in a futuristic, sci-fi world. Humanity is faced with a catastrophic global freeze, forcing them to upload their minds to Etheria and coexist with beings called the Animus. However, the digital sanctuary faces another threat with the Genesis Virus, corrupting Animus and turning them hostile.

As a Hyperlinker in the Hyperlinker Union, players must combat this viral menace and unravel its origins to safeguard both the virtual world and the remnants of real humanity.

Built using Unreal Engine, Etheria: Restart features detailed graphics and cinematic scenes. Its gameplay is a strategic turn-based combat with real-time tactical control, which also offers a PvP arena to have competitive real-time battles against other players. The game has a gacha system for players to obtain new characters using Hydra Crystals, which can be earned in-game or through real-life currency.

Final Beta Test Starts May 8, 2025

The final beta test is scheduled to begin this May 8, and will showcase the Anisync Echoes and Phantom Theater trial challenges, as well as real-time PvP (RTA) battles based on the gameplay of fan-favorite titles such as Summoners War and Epic Seven.

Cross-play is available during this beta test, so players across mobile and PC can engage in the real-time arena, create the best squad to take on intense boss fights, and unlock new companions known as "Shells."

The final beta test recruitment is now open, and players can check the iOS App Store, Google Play Store, and the game’s official website for more details. Do keep in mind that pre-registration is not available in South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau regions.
