DELTARUNE Chapters 1-2 can currently be downloaded and for free from its official website, Steam, the PlayStation store, and the Nintendo Switch.
When Chapters 3&4 become available, the game as a whole will be priced at $24.99, where future chapters will be free after the initial payment.

DELTARUNE DLC
DELTARUNE is divided into separate chapters, where Chapters 1 and 2 are free, whereas the full game will be paid. For its future chapters, Toby Fox states in his April 2025 DELTARUNE newsletter that they the initial bundle of chapters 1-4 will be priced at $24.99, while future chapters will be free to download as DLC.
Additionally, the soundtrack can be bought on Steam for $19.99, and will automatically be updated with the latest music as each chapter is released.
