It was announced during the Nintendo Switch 2 Direct that FromSoftware is now one of the new console's publishing and development partners. This came with the reveal that Elden Ring will be released for the Switch 2.
While no announcements or information has been made regarding the contents of the new edition for Elden Ring, we can assume that this will come with the critically-acclaimed expansion, Shadow of the Erdtree, in addition to the base game.
